Not the hardest. The hardest is starting with exactly 1 dirt block like that one guy did. Jumped off until a zombie with a shovel spawned, then shoveled snow balls until he could make a snow block.

I couldn't imagine this amount of work for a single Minecraft world. I'm impressed, though my one opinion doesn't mean much. The effort and love put into the video was definitely noticeable, and the fact that everything started snowballing quicker and quicker was astonishing. 10/10 I enjoyed this and feel quite motivated.
