So true. We know exactly what to do but we don’t because of fear, worry or any other self-defeating thought. We must first tackle the hard stuff which is meeting your fear with courage, meeting your your worry with faith. Doesn’t really matter. I have a d2d team. And about half of them are black. We’re in Jacksonville Florida. We get racists almost on a daily. But they fight through it. You get paid to make appointments. Not to get mad

@@golfpro908 Hes right I use to be a tech for over a year. One time they I did an initial (first service) And they said the sales guy promised wed clean a bunch of crap (insulation) out of a small space in the basement...I was already there so I did it bagged It and all just to get a good review which earns you $5...Turns out they wanted mouse traps set tthere....I wont even get into it all but My point is they would promise alot just to get the customer to sign off on the contract....#1 the customer would get lied to about was either the service price per quarterly or telling them theres no cancelation fee..They were snakes but some of the sales guys were cool...Cant knock their hustle though tech's made between 30-40k while sales guys were making 80-150k in one summer.
