Useful thanks. Love Tinkercad and use it every day to make 3D and CNC prints and cuts but would like to be able to chamfer and shape and bevel so might have to try Fusion again for finishing. Thanks for this clear explanation that my kids will appreciate too.

These videos are fantastic!!! I've been wanting to get my kids into Arduino for ages, but the board, wires and components are a little intimidating. Building the lab in Tinkercad first takes away that fear. The girls could experiment quickly and try changing the setup before going to the real thing. having modelled the setup themselves also takes away the fear of complex wiring diagrams. I love the Scratch programming interface and that you an just copy/paste the code into the Arduino. This allows them to keep using their scratch knowledge and expose them to code without needing to hand code it on day 1. You're definitely getting a Linkedin shout out here!!

I need to collect data from a arduino and send to Python. Without the simulator, I use the PYDAQ libary to import and export data, but the PYDAQ use the COM3 port to acquire data, and I don't know how to simulate this port in the Thinkercad. Thank you!!

In what text editor? I realize this video is 6 years old. But, in what text editor? What value are we supposed to set the resistors to? Are we suppose to set the resistor to a value? This is essentially a tutorial intended for a person who doesn't need a tutorial.
