@@jonpaul3868 my English is not perfect and i can answer correct, but personal movement especially mens without ball is part of tactic and if you don't understand that means you will loss

Yeah its kind of easy cause you have to be more good off the ball than on the ball (you just have to be there in between the press all the time even if you don't get passed), simple turning and long range passing to switch and stretch play is all you need, scanning is also what you need and is more important for CDMs than any other position to avoid losing the ball
