God does not "depend upon" us in any way, for any reason, ever. The verbage you are looking for is that the Lord entrusts us with a purpose and a task. His Will (and I say His because the Lord wants us to see and refer to Him as a He -- for His reasons) is done, being done, and going to be done -- now and forever -- with or without the participation of any one of us. It is when we choose to participate -- to accept the purpose and task which He has entrusted to us -- that we enjoy the benefits of going along with His Will. Do not delude yourself that the Lord's Plan will not be accomplished without your help.
