Wish I could have been there. But I did donate.
Dunno why he sped up knowing pedestrians run out at piccadiloy cirus
Of course the one who caused the problem gone away immediately.
straight on from a left turn only lane. real smart.
Be careful
I dream of taking part in DGR

There are a multitude of reasons why bikers are involved in road traffic collisions, 98% of them aren't the bikers fault but the two biggest are. Speed and not reading the road. The scarriest reason why so many bikers are killed every year is car, van, truck ,bus drivers aren't even looking for bikers
I’m with the biker on this seen myself try and squeeze out in the past thinking I have more time than a actually have and the consequences could be dire, car driver needs to be more aware
You had nothing to complain bout, speed kills, get a grip😮😮😮
You don't respect traffic signs (speed signs) 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
Driving without due care and attention
IG1
Too fast, slow down.
You're definitely in the wrong there.
Why don't motorcyclists respect speed limits in built up areas?
Please check the speed limit and the dials, before commenting!!!
@@Grizzlyonwheels- You mean the dial on the left, which you conveniently focus the camera away from whenever you go above thirty? Already checked. You're not as clever as you think you are.
@@Yawbus1976 I've got nothing to hide my friend, I think you need to learn to ride a bike or a manual transmission machine, in order to understand how it runs. But anyway thank you for your judgement 😅
@@Grizzlyonwheels - So, you're saying it's not possible to ride a motorbike while doing the speed limit? Gone from 'I was doing 30' to 'It's so hard to do 30'. Sounds more like a you problem and either the bike is too much for you, you never learned how to ride properly or you're one of those folks who likes to keep it in the 'power band' so you can avoid trouble (heard that one a few times, slowing down avoids even more trouble). Either way, there's no excuse really. You bomb around the streets because you want to and no doubt you encounter problems the rest of us avoid because you race in to them. Be honest, it has nothing to do with manual transmissions and best not to assume what experience I have.
Why dont bikers respect speed limits? And you should have both hands on the handlebars.
Well you were speeding by the looks of it
Bike life is strong in London, respect ✊ from 🇺🇸
The motorcyclists shouldn't have been in the left hand turn lane at the lights for a start the pedestrian must have walked onto the road when the red pedestrian light was on
Why accelerate in to a hazard? Lack of experience from the rider with a fist full of front brake.
the biker was foolish going so fast when so many pedestrians around sadly he can't brake too
Jumping on a red light into traffic is very smart you know
Pedestrian at fault tried to run across without looking
If you want to go from 0 to 30mph in 50 yards expect to come unstuck now and again... or ride within your limits. How's it go "ride as if everyone is out to get you"...
So it's the motorcyclists fault is it? Think about it logically, he was ahead of the car on his right, making him visisble to any pedestrian who had more than 1 brain cell. Who is going to comment on how a puffin light system works? You know...Press the button and wait for the Red Man Light to turn Green before crossing? It couldn’t be because vehicles will be driving on the road?! 🤯 That motorcyclist waited at a red light, went when green, got ahead and was visible, nob head pedestrian clueless to life walks out on a busy road when the puffin light is instructing everyone to wait. How on earth is this the motorcyclists fault? That pedestrian is a careless prick, didn't even of the human courtesy to check the rider is okay.
I watched a few times & I still don't know why he dropped it????
No ABS
@@alexjenkins9430 You need to watch it again, the front wheel gave out under braking. I mean, it's literally there in the video. 🤣🤣 p.s. I'm a biker, I've locked the back wheel up so I know what it feels and looks like. Much easier to control a bike with the rear locked as you still have steering, but if the front locks up, well, watch the video!
The pedestrian went across on a red man. Pedestrians fault
50/50
Both are at fault. The guy shouldnt have just ran to the street. And the rider should have deaccelerated bcause the van was blocking the view.
Motorcycle in wrong
A motorcyclist/cyclist/car-driver driving through central London at rush hour needs to be aware of pedestrians crossing the road when they ain’t supposed to.
That looks like a left turn only lane, why did the bike go straight on! Me thinks the bike is at fault for not knowing the rules!
Pedestrian was at a crossing, the bike rider was Cleary overtaking traffic. Bike in the wrong.
Pedestrian Because if you watch closely, the pedestrian was trying to cross fast ahead of the car approaching him, he already decided to come on the road when a cycle just passed him in speed and a car was approaching.. biker definitely misjudged the situation
Is he a new driver? Very lucky guy.
Deffo pedestrian that biker saved your arse😮
Legally if there had been a collision the motorcyclist would have been at fault.
The biker, there’s no need to accelerate that fast for a start and it’s a pedestrianised area so the biker should be aware of all of the risks such as a pedestrian walking out.
That's a load of rubbish. Red means, wait.
What a load of crap. Red means "stop", not "stop if the cars are too far". Green means "go", not "go but gently".
Pedestrian. He was jaywalking. Happens all the time in Piccadilly 🤦🏾♀️
Jaywalking isn’t a thing in the uk
@@cliftongreen6122 the terminology isn’t the same but he was doing the act of crossing when the pedestrian light was red which is effectively jaywalking.
Which still isn’t illegal in the UK, I understand what it is but Piccadilly Circus is a highly pedestrianised area and there is nothing in law to say you can only cross in line with traffic lights. Accepted that if you do then crossing will be safer but you don’t have to.
No such thing as ‘jaywalking’ in the UK. The UK car industry never had that kind of power.
No it is the predestrians fault dumbass he ran in the way on purpose
the biker because pedsestrians have right of way
Even when the pedestrian 🚷 signal is red? Why wasn't any other pedestrian crossing? Points to ponder.
@@Grizzlyonwheels no point arguing with Americans they don’t know Jack…..pedestrian at semi fault but I don’t think the moped fella should speed in built up areas in west end
Biker Even if pedestrian messed up the biker was going too fast for those surrounding conditions
Loool pissed
Yeah, biker is at fault under UK law but the pedestrian was a dick. Hope he apologised and learnt from the experience
