Yes, we use yellow-green ground wire too. But there was black one in three-link cable. I guess historically black wire were used too. But I am not sure about it. I added some more isolation to exponed places. Thank you for your comment.

Провода проложены так, как задумано производителем. При использовании ламп на станках быстрого износа изоляции не замечал. Кстати, такими же лампами, комплектовались кульманы.

You do not need accurate amp level for rust removing. Cell phone charger is good for this work because its level of amps is between 1 to 2 A. Does not matter level in this case. But If you would like to make a metal plating (for example nickel plating) you will need correct amp level. And in this case the phone charger is not good. Thanks I didn't knew that, almost every time I saw someone on yt rust removing by electrolysis they had a power supply. When doing electrolysis this way does the surface of the metal or the quantity of liquid matter? Can you use a phone charger for all your rust removing needs?
