Samsung is currently developing a new device with the code name R12, suggesting it will be the Galaxy S24 Fan Edition
Past Fan Editions were codenamed R8, R9, R11 corresponding to the S20, S21, S23 models
Details about the S24 Fan Edition are still scarce compared to last year at this time for the S23 Fan Edition
This could indicate a delay in the S24 Fan Edition's release, potentially not arriving until November 2024 at the earliest
Specifications for the S24 Fan Edition are still unknown, it's unclear if it will have the same chip as the S24 or previous models
A new report claims the S24 Fan Edition may have a 6.7 inch screen, larger than past Fan Editions, similar in size to the S24 Plus
However, another report suggests it will have a more typical 6.1 inch screen for a Fan Edition
