Solid advice man in Laymans terms I love it only problem is I gotta take apart my whole damn layout now to modify all my switches about seven of them all soldered and nice and tight
Which Make is this Point or Turnout ?
On a DCC layout, can a SPDT switch be used to throw a HO scale Code 83 turnout, or must it be a DPDT switch? Thanks!
That depends if it is mechanical or electrical. If you use switch machines or a physical SPDT switch connected to the trow bar.
So the small wire on the point do you attach that to the feeder?
No, the frog is what you attach to a feeder, the other rails get fed from attached rails on either side. You also want to isolate the frog rails with insulated rail joiners.
THANK YOU FOR VERY DETAIL VIDEO ON DCC POINT FRIENDLY
You're very welcome, thanks for stopping by!
