Hello i was wanted to ask can you use 5356 on a motorcycle crankcase? And if you use can you mix it with 4043 or you have to stick with 5356?

Why would you ever need an upgrade ??

I've had it happen a few times, usually when the can pressure is almost gone and i might touch the tip for a split second (were not changing the gas cans/flasks before completely drained and unusable..... Not my decision!) And always rapidly shut off the gas, wait a few seconds and turn it on again to purge and see if the flame has gone out, it usually spits a black cloud and nothing more and then check everything for heat. I've also heard a coworker doing it several times but they never shut off and just continue using it wondering why the flame is weak before i scream at them to shut it off 🤣 When i started in the company the hoses and whole setup didn't have any flame arrestors! Only backflow preventor, i quickly demanded new hoses, gun and flame arrestors when changing the hoses it where completely black inside the acetylene one..

I agree with the previous 12 year old comments but if you do get in an emergency situation like that on something noncritical (not a brake pedal mount) and you have a mig machine with adjustable post flow turn it up to about 10 second and you'll have a slightly better weld when you have to pause for cooling like he did.

Hi Wolfgang I was thinking of coping the two receiver tubes with a half a cope each tube to get enough room to tig weld them . together. I took your advice and bought some 2 inch OD .109 wall thickness. I am making a tig welding arm steady rest. Thanks again for advice Jeff

Finally children will be able to grow up into adults and still talk to their dads who for the first time in history are not going to be dead from lung cancer, nerve damage or liver cancer. 2024 is the year that children start being able to look forward to their dad being alive in their forties to keep on teaching them and giving advice.
