I hate to correct you my man but with that cradle grab book that you're using the Cradle you actually do not lose any of the working load limit. The cradle gives full support of the link its attached to. Non cradle then yes you are right.

Very good information. FYI, learn the meaning of utilize, it does not mean nor replace use. Tip, utilize means you are using something for other than it was designed for. Example we use a chair to sit upon, when we stand upon a chair we utilize it as a step stool which it is not designed for. Hope this helps you.

where do i get one

Does this work only with a particular brand of farm jack? I've been thinking of buying one of the generic ones at Harborfreight or Ebay. I need to remove steel posts on a hill that's way ugly to try digging. I'd also like to lift up heavy timbers a few inches off the ground sometimes and shed corners as I'm removing a small structure to deconstruct it for lumber. What kind of jack will fit the JackMate?

That's right. Hi-Lift got tired of JackMate making them look foolish (this has been around for years before the Hi-Lift Extreme) and decided to start making a 'fancy' jack that actually had all the stuff they should have included from the beginning.

I guess this part is realy for if you don't already have the hi lift xtreme and its heavy duty clevis.
