The noise in the shadows at @11:59 does not look like film grain, it looks like red-green blotches from the horrible, insulting and god awful Sony 8bit days. I cannot believe how bad it looks on a 1800$ cinema camera. It seems like you have to over expose a bit and then bring the footage down again in post.

Im thinking of the 56 Sigma 1.4 but it’s like an 85mm on APSC. There’s a Sony 50mm G F2.5 compact lens and a Sony 50mm 1.8. Not sure which to go for. What are your thoughts?

50MM for me, personally !!! And I don't care what 50mm it is, doesn't matter the camera system...I'm gonna always shoot it WIDE OPEN. Just my preference, just my style.
