Was listening and must say its allooot of "b...ing" ..i have two dental labs and two clinics in total 11 dentists and 7 dental technicians ..(im dental technician) and what i mean by dental technicia is a person who can finish a construction from start to end by himself ..both dentists and technicians work on 40% per case ...i dont have ppl who wonder what has been before and what is next etape..employing unqualified personel is something which many are doing and is not something which have any future ..so pay well get best for that money ...and yes digital is fine but not always it depends per case and per that we are chosing right material ..it can be zirconia it can be facetes or metal ceramic or silicates ..every case is individual and when we deliver our product we dont want to see that patient again in next 10-15 years ...few days ago we had patient who wants Zirconia but his case wasnt for zirconia ..we made him a PFM and one side his molars were actualy pure metal ...it is easy to say uh im all digital ..yea but No ..ah and about dentures just flasking ..dont care if impresion is digital or analogue but i want it done analogue way..if you want top product for given patient and not just to grab money then do it the best way ..dont care how is done

Ok ..first time hearing that Glazing under Vacum gives different shade then glazing without vacum ...gonna test it .. bcz always used glazing Without vacum on evrything for a simple reazon..it gives better shine second it covers better and third allows to get great result with thin glaze layer without destroying surface topography of crowns...

I chalange you.. you with printed dentures vs some mediocore dental technician classical way ..lets not kid ourself theres no way that you or anyione else can positionate teeth in centric working or balancing occlusion digitaly ..and even if you somewhat manage to do it an average technician will setup and send to Dr 30 dentures ..and dr wants them in bilateral,unilateral,lingualized biofunctional scheme ...

FYI: To finish a premium printed digital denture takes just as much time as a conventional denture. Maybe even slightly longer as the teeth and denture base needs more effort to stain and glaze to give it the premium look. High quality printed dentures are not a prescription service switched out every six month for 20$! More like 500$. The material cost is only secondary. Plus they need to be fitted or relined as things change in the mouth.

I have heated my night guard in warm water in order to fit it to my mouth again. Is this possible with Duraflex and other materials of this type used to make temporary partials? My partial is unwearable now so even if I melt it and destroy it I am going to give it a shot. Thank you
