@chrxmeface, Try singing the HU, a sacred sound, for 20 minutes daily, and regularly practice spiritual exercises taught in Eckankar. Reading books by Harold Klemp and connecting with the Mahanta, the Inner Master, can also help. Everyone's journey is unique, so be patient and consistent.

@@Bea20007 Ok thanks, have been doing HU for 20 minutes daily for a month now. Had some cool dreams, but still no travels yet, but definitely feel some changes. I how long did it take for you to start Soul Travel with this method?

@chrxmeface My experience was different because I didn’t know about Soul Travel and thought it happened soon. It was my first experience after a few months of singing HU. Check out Steve’s response too. Fill your heart with love and try to relax; maybe focusing too much on the experience is causing a delay. Keep singing HU and consider reading The Dream Book by Harold Klemp. According to Steve, there are many forms of Soul Travel. You need to be disciplined and work hard, keep learning as it's a process, and remember that Eckankar is a spiritual school.

I'm not aware of Shinto. I'm from Christian and I find Eckankar teachings giving me peace and spiritual consciousness
