She will lose. She was not arrested. She was detained. She suffered no damages. Although the police said her car wasn't the one stolen, she was free to leave. They should have apologized. I'll say one thing from watching these videos. I do not break the law. IF for some reason I ever get pulled over, I am NOT walking backwards, I am NOT laying on the damn ground. That should only apply if they have a reasonable fear I have a weapon.
