    its not my business but you really need lose fat. im not a hater, i telling it like ex-fat person, i was 160kg(350lb) with 187cm(6'2") height few years ago and i almost died, problems with all organism, fat is bad, body positive is fake, if you fat you cant be healthy. you are so talented, making good covers, but you may get health problems that will prevent you from achieving more then you have now. please do something, be better version of you.
