Durango is a brick so you would think a Charger would be way faster. Plus you can't always trust the speedometer. GPS tells it true. That and police radar. Been in LE and related fields for over 40yrs and never wrote a speeding ticket. Would be too hypocritical of me. I've never driven or ridin over 100yds without fracturin some traffic or speed law. Plus fortunately I escaped uniform duties early. I definitely ain't never held up traffic in police vehicle, that's for Richardhead cops. L8r. Hey, a view of the highway wuda been cool too.
At that temperature the air is actually too cold to make any real hp gains. The engine actually works harder to warm up the air for proper use before combustion which actually decreases hp. Perfect air temp for a car is right around 45°F
