So I messed up big time. Shot guns without hearing protection and ruined my hearing. Can I truly get passed this?? It is said to be permanent. The tinnitus, the hearing loss … guys idk what to do my life is at an all time low. I regret that accident every day

Exactly. In 2011 before he fought Rua he was purposefully, consciously manifesting the confidence and conviction in himself to beat him by signing things with 'Champion'. It's subtle but I'm sure it helped a lot in rewiring him towards truly believing he was the Champion and that the world would know he was the Champion after that fight.

If you stop at the thought itself, you are NOT using the law of attraction. Jon jones didn't just think he could be the best in the game. He started telling himself that one day he'd be at the top, and went on to work his ASS OFF those beliefs and guess what? he made it to the top
