Went down a weird MCR rabbit hole and fell here... only to discover that two of those boys are now The Lemon Twigs, a band I've been listening to for a year or two, what a world internet will never cease to amaze me

Fun fact these kids (singer and drummer) have grown up to start a band called The Lemon Twigs and they actually opened for MCR in Brooklyn last year!

This was the final push I needed to realize that I could make a band , whenever I need inspiration I look towards Motp and see how they went from a couple of 12 year olds doing mcr covers to making their own music

This cover was well over a decade ago but when I stumbled upon it I was pleasantly surprised, not only by the talent and skill but the motivation and drive to actually start a band with my friends cause if these kids who were the same age as me could do it I could probably as well
