I saw Rush playing at the Madison Square Garden ...1981 . So we were there !!! It is one of the greatest bands. Ever . !!! I think the price for the tickets was around 13.00 dollars. 🎶 🎵 🎶 🎵

I was there, either at this one or the 29th April (the day before) I can't remember which. I was 16 and it was the first "big" gig I had been to. I'm 62 now and Rush are still my personal GOATS. Sweet memories.

I find it interesting that they played arenas on Permanent Waves tour- but not in New York City!!! Palladium 2 nights which was a great place with only 5-7000 seats!!!!

If you know anything about the rush/ Cleveland connection? You know that The Cleveland radio station WMMS was the first station to play Working Man on the radio back in the early 70s Nobody would play it. But WMMS kept playing it and the rest is history. That's why Rush has Always dedicated Cleveland as one of the cities who believed in them. And has recorded videos of Cleveland and payed tribute to Cleveland for the support we gave them back then. True story folks

For me the nineties Rush period deserve more love and respect in general because for me Geddy reached their voice peak, they went more hard rock with funk and blues influences and the albums are very good like Counterparts especially.

How the hell you get the best drummer top 5 base player and in my opinion top 5 lead guitar player in such a small area in Canada will never happen again but im glad i got to enjoy it for 50 years thanks boy's.
