ADU Foundation
We are using ICFs (insulated concrete forms) for the ADU foundation as well as the house foundation. These, by Logix, claim an R-25 insulating value. This shows pretty much the entire installation and pouring process.

The Glavel.com delivery arrived last night and this morning the Bartley Corp guys unloaded it with their crane truck. Each of the 24 bags is 3 cubic yards of Glavel and about 700 lbs. It's going under the concrete slabs. See www.working-software.com/personal/blog/ for more on the project.
