Good video but I have one issue with your choice of best cities: Rio de Janeiro definitly is NOT a good place to live! You did not mention violence in the city and metro area! Murder rate in Rio is 300% higher than in São Paulo! And if you want to live near the beaches, prices are much higher than you mentioned! And transportation in Rio is bad and expensive by Brazilian standards! The proof that what I wrote is true is that the latest census showed thet many people are moving out of Rio's area! While Rio lost 300.000 inhabitants, the São Paulo area got 1 million more inhabitants! One reason is security, São Paulo is considered the safest state capital city of Brazil! For instance, the murder rate in São Paulo is just 5,8 per 100.000 inhabitants in 2024, in Rio it is 21! São Paulo's rate is lower than many big American cities!
