The minimum threshhold for applying shock is still 5% with Oath of Spring, which is a lot harder than 2%.

I started this build yesterday. Sadly got to lv 64 only. Till i do not have level for swquire and do not have all powercharge node from tree i play it with cyclone cast while channel desecrate. Very enjoyable build

It's a pretty cool build but "one-button" is not an autobomber. Autobombers are specifically 0-button builds. There is a world of difference between the two and it's incredibly obvious while watching your video: Those micropauses (0.3-0.5s) you get while moving where you stop to press your button 1. drastically reduce clear speed and 2. are extremely rippy. A one-button build is not a substitute for an autobomber (0-button) and vice versa.

Update: Tincture actually works, we tested on my giga dmg char from last league. I was proven wrong, I think I just have low damage in the league curently and it was hard to see I suppose ( and especially on leaguestart ). Didnt want to sound annoying or anything, but I only play this build and I knew that the wording should not apply. The cluster for "damage with two handed weapons' still does not apply, despite having similar wording with the tincture, which is pretty strange. Now at least we know more about the build and that's good. My plan was to leaguestart warden but the wording threw me off so I didnt do it. So yeah, log in!

another skill to use for fast hits is tornado of elemental turbulence. it has less hit rate up front then ball lightning of static but it makes up for that in chasing enemies down. ball lightning of static can only sustain 8.6 hits per second (on cd) but the burst is clearly much much higher 39 in 1.5 seconds or 26 per second but only for 1.5 seconds. tornado of elemental turbulence hits 4 times per second but you can have 3, so that's 12 hits per second consistently.

Anecdotally, tincture inc effect + inc mana burn rate is better burst for shorter duration, while inc effect only is more uptime but less dmg boost

Slayer is still the bis for fb of kata. It's never worth to scale dot and its crazy strong hit based.

Did some more testing on the skill cause it's weird. It definitely does not work with The Taming. This was bugged for other elemental ground DoT skills too in PoB and I just fixed it for the next update The Tincture mods both work on the DoT despite the DoT multi mod saying it applies to "Melee Weapon Attacks" which the ground DoT is not (This might be a bug with the game) Your actual DPS looks to be 6.7mil with your Tincture up

I was thinking of cold dot warden if you could get a big scorch going too. Cold snap has a pretty big damage effectiveness. It just seemed like another version of cold dot salad except with more than just cold skills.

Another orange build by jung, classic. JK. This build would be super cool to league start, but it is probably overshadowed by other stronger league starters.
