I discuss the first thing you should learn in acro, spiral dives. BHPA Safety Notice: I can’t post links on youtube. For the article, search google for "bhpa Safelty Notice No.31" First link

I BET SPIRAL DIVES ARE LESS DANGEROUS THAN HAVING A COUPLE OF HIGH SCHOOL DROPOUTS WITH GED SHERIFF DEPUTIES, POINTING THEIR PEA SHOOTERS AT SOMEONE DURING A ROUTINE TRAFFIC STOP. AHAHAHA AHAHAHA LOL
Dudes just do a proper SIV course. PPG guys are terrified of their wings. And with this crazy music why wouldn't they be? So ExTrEmEEEE!!!
Perfecto
these stuff shall be learned for the first time at an siv, without the motor, with 2 rescues, under supervision over water with safety, you have just mentioned that you he experiend blackout training this
4:47, up close and personal.
Wow, high quality
10/10 footage, was a great time.
Great footage! That storm must've been one to remember. Heard there was a twister not far from the LZ
Nice footage... thanks for posting! 👍👍👍👍👍
Love the drone footage!
Thanks to share with us, great drone job amazing pictures, muchas gracias por compartir con nosotros muy buen trabajo con el Drone Scott, aqui sigo viendo tus videos.
awesome!! I got featured at the beginning :D
@Davidwanj that drone footage of you was sick! @Palm Beach County Paramotor - Thanks for sharing. Nice video.
Thanks for the help and so sorry for Matt’s family and fellow friends
Very nice. Would be great to see some instructional video on wingovers. Thanks !!
if yur doing a sat... isnt it easier to wear gloves? You don't wear gloves?
when you say beef up the lines? what do you mean? who does any beefing up the lines is it you or someone else. Does every wing act the very same? or are different wings can act differently. more so if a pilot doesn't do his homework and read a wing manual.the wing collapse tip. Whose fault was that?
Sorry for your loss, thank you for putting this information out there, it’s very eye-opening
IVE DONE ALL THIS AND MORE. WATCH PARAMOTOR MISTAKE. AND WATCH HOW I GOT OUT OF A CRAVAT AND SPIRAL LOCK.. EVEN BETTER WHY DONT YOU SHOW ALL OF US HOW YOULL DO IT . . IS THERE ANYONE WITH A VIDEO SHOWING A SPIRAL LOCK? IAM I THE ONLY ONE ON VIDEO? HMMM IT SAYS ALOT ABOUT ME.
It has plenty of break authority. That's a known characteristic .
Very good video!
Hi I am a new paramotor pilot and I’m looking to get a viper xc I weigh 50kg and the paramotor I will get weighs 20kg and I was looking to get the 22m one can I get your thoughts on is it to overkill for my weight
Viper is a fun wing, but it is not safe for a new pilot.
Short, strength to the point very useful vid.. 👍👍👍👍🤙🤙🤙
I'm just a wannabe who watches every thing I can. This is the first video where I heard that the wing can pitch back during a flare. You described approaching the LZ from the side because of rotor, brush and power lines. This is all stuff I've never heard before. I'm not a pilot but I'm taking everything in. I am convinced that listening to actual paramotor pilots will shorten my learning curve.
That my boy well done, easy wait to learning, well explain most love you’re a great teacher ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Scott.
That wasn't September 2022, it was August. UK uses logical date order.
Very good video.
Pretty scary as a aspiring future PPG pilot. Pull to much to long, go into death spiral. To get out of sprial the answer is sometimes let go and wing will flatten out, other times pull everything to fix.
Then stay away from acro. All wings will exit a spiral with enough outside brake. I have never locked in on any wing I’ve flown
@@palmbeachcountyparamotor as an outsider, Im watching your input and its very minimal. I can imagine a scenario where my shoulders get tired and I hang on brake and stall. Is that a valid concern/ precaution?
@@jetskiwillywilly7970 not really. You can always stow your brakes on their magnets if you need to rest your arms. To enter a spiral you really need to be intentional, all modern beginner wings that you will start on are not going to enter a spiral by themselves and will exit without your input
have you ever had a spiral lock. because I have. and got out of it.on a reflex wing. messing about also have done a controlled deep spiral.under control.
Very well made video tutorial. Thank you.
Condolences for your loss! Thank you for the tips!
Sure do miss Matt. I always worried about his habit of chasing the next "best" wing. If you haven't gotten everything out of the wing you're on, for your desired flying style, there's no reason to get something spicier. New wings don't come with the skills to use them.
thanks for the wake up call, its very easy to get carried away in this sport and fly outside of your induvial skill level ..
I was there at tong when Sean died having his brake line sucked into prop his prop was too close to his frame was a hot day too
Great video and some really sound advice.
That was really cool. Five months old video and I am only seeing it now 🤔
That was a good video, and if you keep that level of detail up, I am sure you can have a quite successful tutorial series there. Interesting that you mentioned catching a surge in part by applying throttle. I also do that, but have actually never heard anyone articulate it before. Perhaps because most real acro instructions are done without a motor, and people don't catch on to what options it gives you, apart from when gaining energy and not when dissipating it.
Great video Scott! How did you end up getting out of the line twist situation with the reserve caught up in the wing?!?
It deployed at around 400ft when I pulled an outside D line.
Wow! Way to stay level-headed and deal with the situation at hand. Would love to see the full video some day.
Excellent video!! I would love to see one on wingovers. Great info, thank you!
The red bag is the stuff sack. The small blue bag toss under your seat and if you landout you can pack the wing into it. You have to pack it down small to fit back in the blue bag. The red bag is for normal storage. They dont have 1 big bag with a drawstring like say macpara does.
Badass video bro
Good stuff Brother!!! Rock On!!!!
See the world isn't Flat or round We are inside a giant tube.
Hell yeah man
This is really useful information, especially the C line depower
Love it bro, can't wait till I'm flying.
Great video. Great info. Keep 'em coming. Subbed.
Awesome FPV footage and excellent narration!
Def agree with Trevor. Factory brakes are long. I had no issues launching whatsoever . Don’t run into this wing. Slowly step forward and then a big check. I absolutely love my 19m.
sooo sick!
Brakes are WAY too long. Bring those in and it'll feel way better.
