Simple epiphany on my walk today - beautiful sunny day, perfect temp - circumstances don't matter.....*good*, *bad*, or *indifferent*. You can be at a carnival and be miserable. It could be perfect weather, not too crowded, and you could still not be in an inner state to appreciate it, or appreciate it as you should. Conversely, you could be doing a hectic work day with the A/C broken and be in a happy inside and full of gratitude. You choose your state at all times.

What to do when nothing is working. I'm tired of visualizing and affirming everyday for months and not see a single change.
