Figured out a guaranteed fix on pc. If you and whoever you are doing the heist with limit your frame rate or refresh rate to 60 hz, then it should work. For some reason the difference in frame rate messes this heist up on pc.

True he did also get tortured but we don’t really know what he went through as we only see him hanging upside down on the chain in the slaughter factory we don’t see him physically being tortured like the mission where Trevor tortures the Azerbaijani guy he does have bruises tho but we seen the torture Niko went through when he was kidnapped with Roman also he got his by the butt off a gun too not only that but the stuff that Niko says he went through definitely more resilient than Michael in my opinion Michael is still tough tho no doubt about it, also when did Michael survive a explosion?
