Golems will usually go to the first oiece of building they see. Try building some bait boxes outside. Bait box is just a think stack of blocks with as much hp as you can get in a 4x4. I have several around the base

They give amazing amounts of exp. You can level all your thralls to lvl 20 very fast if you kill them when they bunch up. Watch out they explode sometimes.

with the new thrall behaviour and radio wheel redesign you can't really take your thralls to following you to earn xp since they have removed the stop while following you option, so if you want them to gain xp during purges the only way is to set them to hold, passive, passive and following distance to max of 40 and attack and chase distance to 5 so that they won't teleport to you if you went out too far from your base

Nice job, though all I needed was a map with clearly marked place where exactly you have found the demonic creature. You've done this for bird and half-elephant and it was perfect. Sadly you have not included whereabouts for rocknose, and I'm still lost :(
