I'm so used to seeing watercolor dot samplers as a sheet of paper, the fact that these have a shaped paper pallets is so cool!

I see a couple orange colors is like to try! What a great way to try out a color!! They look like generous amounts of paint (more than another company's dot cards for sure.)

The Quin Gold you have is the old formula. A Gallo uses a new formula now. Also, their Quinacridone Red Gold is also discontinued.

Yeah Blick (I will forever call it by Utrecht) has been around for decades. I love going there and first went there back in the late 90s. The staff is really friendly and you really can find any medium or brand.

That's a quite a size difference in those monthly meds containers! Think of all the extra space in your travel bag for extra art supplies!! Lol ❤️

Love a warm yellow! Like you I was happy to see a quinacridone... the granulation let's the paint participate more beyond what I put on the page. Love that ❤

Gorgeous colors! Fun!! Buying A Gallo watercolors is easier now that you can get some from Jackson's, but what an event it is to open colors from A Gallo directly. Their packaging is exquisite. ❤

Also challenged, mobility & legally blind. My best friend bought me the mono-pigment set from Rosa’s almost 2 years ago as I began learning western watercolor after 10yrs doing traditional Chinese painting & calligraphy. I’ve since got MANY more Rosa’s, White Knights and some other professional brands. I’ve become addicted to pigments and wanted to make my own, but I’m unable to mull strongly enough, SO…I get the pigments, make the binder myself, make recipes, my friend comes over and mulls and we split the handmade paints.
