Why does America not do this, all we get out here is minimal collector shops full of sport shit and a few things like this. We don’t even have any cool restaurants like Japan, all we get is sports bars

Loved the shopping guide and the price comparison. But some shops like Bic, Volks and Yodobashi have discounts for credit card usage and tourists (since they are duty-free shops). Were the prices in the comparison factored the discounts?
