We've definitely seen price increases since COVID hit! However, there are still some good deals out there and builders are offering some amazing incentives. 👍🏼

Yes! It's a gorgeous home! I think Highland Homes does such a great job with their floorplans and finishes.

Lots are minimum one acre and can go up to almost 3 acres, depending on lot availability and builder. Prices for Sitterle Homes start in the mid $800's depending on floor plan and options. Hi there! That's a great question. It's typical for model homes not to have the driveway installed until it's sold. At that time, the builder puts in the driveway and finishes the landscaping.
