There is a cable hole next to the main board that you should use and you should get the cables to look good behind the PC as well, so you should not close the side panel until you have finished and get the cables in straight lines so it looks good it looks as if a 2-year-old had built that PC, none of the cables go through and out of that hole at the bottom, all have their holes and places next to where the cable is to be plugged in.
I'm ok with not having it cable managed it's not gonna hurt the system

1.45 volt is way to high for for under load. Try the negative curve optimizer. I have set it at -25 and running 4.7 ghz at 1.3 volt under load in R23. In games it jumps up to 4.85 ghz while staying under the 60 degrees. PBO max settings with negative curve of -25. Setup: r7 5800x with a 360 AIO, rx 6800 and 16gb at 3600. And if u don't know how to work with ryzen master there is a small program called pbo2tuner.

Wow thats nice, I got the i5 6600 3.3ghz base and 3.9ghz boost with 2666mhz 16gb ram but i only get 2133mhz out of it. Do you think I should sell or upgrade to your cpu and some how get the right mhz on my ram if possible?.

I would reorient your cpu cooler 90 degrees so the exaust of the cooler is going out the back and pulling in air from the front rahter than pullingoffthe gpu or pulling from the top into your gpu
It’s probably his ram clearance that’s causing him to do that but it’s not bad because heat rises and if his case has a vented top he should be fine
the x570 dark from evga has the air cooler only facing up
