We are a small Do it Yourself (DiY) woodworking company. Through travelling and adventures we salvage and fall the wood, sawmill the timbers and create projects to meet every day needs and maintain a sustainable lifestyle. Finding the perfect log means construction can begin, including timber frame buildings, log pole barns, mortise and tenon sheds, cabins, chicken coops and green houses, survival/bug-out shelters, off-grid prepping, epoxy tables, cutting boards, indoor/outdoor furniture, cottonwood faces, benches, driveway posts, yard signs, aboriginal art and custom pieces for your home.

Shits dope my man
Excellent set up! I have something like twenty more of them to cut for my frame. I should probably copy it ;)
That's an awesome polebarn!! You're going to get a lot of long years of enjoyment with this.
The '56 cab gives perfect proportions.
First and foremost, great job. I live in the midwest, it was impressive that it seemed cold, snow on the ground and you had no gloves! 😎👍
my favorite
Another aspect of your gifting, fun to see. Glad someone commissioned the tree! Now a lot of people are gonna want trees! 👋😂🤚
I would say 700 years and 350 New mills
Gotta be northwest, cuz only northwesterners know what its like to strip down to a tshirt when theres snow on the ground.😊
Very nice my friend. Good job.
30 days?
She’s a beauty, enjoy!
Yea real nice.
Looks awesome 👍..I will be making one like that myself...keep up the good work
Wtf...😂
Looks phenomenal, thank you for sharing it with us!
What are you using for heat? Have you done firewood with it?
IMO you made a huge mistake putting the insulation in the floor without it being sealed from the bottom. That insulation will get damp and it’s going to be a 12x48 mouse, squirrel and chipmunk home. Other than that it’s a cool build.
Good morning. Thank you for watching. We left the bottom open to allow the insullation to breathe. The building will be skirted in at the bottom, which should keep the critters away.
A bad solution anyway
só não entendi a cor verde? pintura ou sulfato de cobre?
Thank you for watching! I'm not sure why the sealer is tinted green but it prevents rot, mildew & extends the life of the board. "Dex End Cut Wood Preserver".
Really nice floor system, see ya Saturday!
Thank you for watching!
Hahaha that’s cool with the vent in the bottom a the blow gun. ✅✌️. Looks like u got ur hands full with that 🔥 👍keeps u moving
Thank you for watching! Hope to have Part 2 scheduled to publish Saturday morning.
I love it !!!
Thank you for watching!!!
super, pro drone-
Hi Eugene! Thank you for watching and thank you for the tip. We'll check it out.
Wind is going to tear that to shreds
It should be alright. I'm sheeting in the ends.
Cross my fingers, it's strong enough
@@sliverssawdust5369 🤞definitely nice set up tho
@@sliverssawdust5369just a warning these traps do not last more than 5 years. Not an issue for short term storage like what I used mine for but I would plan on replacing that after a while if I were you. It just can’t handle UV exposure along with snow, rain and wind. Looks awesome tho man love the set up!
Couple of curiousity questions. 1. Heat it with a wood stove? 2. How good of an insulator is the roof covering?
I will have wood stove. I'm also sheet in the two ends with doors.
Pus 4 inch airspace over roof with double insulated tarp over and secured down
This is awesome! Enjoy it!! Would love to see the finished shop.
Hi; thanks for watching. We just loaded "Cheap Tent Workshop on skids - Part 1" if you'd like to check it out.@@Aplasticjones
Fantastic Build
I'm glad you like it! Thank you for watching!
fuckin hoser
Not quite 50 years old, that model wasn't made in the 70s, probably mid 30-40 YO. I had a B6100 with a hydrostatic drive, they are great little machines!
It's a 1972 on tags
Ita a 1972 on the tags
Thanks for watching, check out my channel. Got some great stuff.
Oh yeah! Still works like a champ!
Thanks for watching!
Nice rig!
She sure is! Older but a gooder!
5:30 How did you get the logs peeled to look like the ones on the right side?
Thank you for watching! The logs on the right were peeled by a combination of the planer blade peeler & the Big Bertha grinder. Then we used a grinder with sanding disk to smooth them.
Just amazing
Thank you for watching!
When you put the trusses up on the barn how did you level them on the round logs? I always have to notch the logs and it takes a lot of time.
I got it I see that you notched them at 9"
Thank you for watching!@@paulb4400
The barn looks really good. Especially with the lights and decorations. Nice use of the old grain bin. Thanks for the video
Thank you for watching! We're so happy how they turned out. Take care and stay tuned:)
Suffolks! 🙂👍
Cool that you did it alone. Good job But should of notched the poles for the knee braces
Could do some kind of bracket there as well. Knee braces arent doing much for load, but it seems more for racking?? Im asking because i have limited building and no real technical engineering know how ...
Also in another comment he acknowledged that they usually notch the 45s
Watching you convinced me to click on Buy Now. Log peeler disc Lahzit® D220 SPH (CNC + handmade, with three cutting blades) I'm very impressed by the quality work you and your team consistently do. Not fast, not perfect, but will probably be standing for a century if it doesn't burn.
I rememmber as a kids we get some extra money for peeling logs - It went much smoother when the tool was not so sharp then didn't dig in to the tree but take only peel. Now still do the same way just befor milling lumber - big heavy angle grinder on log thats on the ground with back pain is nothing easy and by no means not faster...
How does The grinder work on something that actually has bark on it? The video is an apples to oranges comparison.
Rips it to shreds but going to have to sharpen the blades more often.
I just saw a TV show using this the other day! Must be worth it 😮
What are the lengths on those poles? How’s deep are they in the ground? And what is the diameter of the poles? Sorry I sure you mentioned it in the video just missed it.
18 feet; 4 feet in the ground, varied diameter, approximately 18-24 inches. Thank you for watching. Please subscribe to receive notification of future videos.
Looks great, any signs of rot yet?
No. Based burned, so shouldn't show any signs of rot for 20+ years. Thank you for watching! Please subscribe for notification of future videos.

We had them made.
Where do y’all get the braces?
Hi We make them. Check out the first two videos on our Popular videos playlist - the first shows manually cutting the knee braces with the chainsaw and the second, we have made a jig. Thanks for watching!
wtf with the music?
Any update?
Will be putting a updated video once have some more time to edit it all. Thanks for watching, have a great day.
