Please solution this issues when on then after some time ago remot blinking and off ac after some time on then work normaly
Power LED blinking is indicating error is happening, maybe you can check the error code pop out.

May i know what is the function of field setting mode 23?
Mode 23 is mainly setting related with indoor unit airflow, eg: swing pattern, external static pressure, circulation airflow, etc.
