Hey! I have this trip booked for August 2022! I do hikes every once in a while, but nothing crazy long (maybe once which took about 6hrs). Curious how much training one would have to prepare for a trip like this?
Start going once a week to build your stamina, and wear your boots in !

I am curious why you have the brake toggles around your wrists, and you keep hooking your thumbs on the front (A) risers?

I don’t know when I’ll be able to come back, but I think of this place every day, and I miss it very much. I never imagined I’d miss it this much, especially since most people who live in Grantham (formerly me included) don’t like living there. So such a video made me smile very much. Thank you again, beautiful footage.

Hi! I am booked to go in June of 2022 on the Alps trip. I am super excited but also a little worried, I am a pretty active person in regards to exercising and jogging but the longest I have hiked has been a couple hours. I want to experience the trip to its full potential but I am a little worried that I won't be able to keep up. Do you have any advice?
Hey, get a good pair of hiking boots and break them in before you go and also build up your hikes at home gradually make them longer. You'll love it
