Watched a million pie cut videos and this one was by far the most useful to me.

This almost fixed my problem, I was hoping you might have some advice for me. I did everything in this video but it does not stall with the clutch in, accelerating, and stomping the brakes. Yet in any gear with the clutch in, it still moves forward. When I accelerate with the clutch in, the forward movement stops and I'm able to rock backwards. I've tried adjusting the cable tighter and looser than it should be, no dice. I've also adjusted the cable to spec, still moves forward in gear with the clutch in. It's also near impossible to put it in neutral with the bike on. If I turn it off, it goes into neutral easily. Sorry for the essay, just trying to give you as much info as I have. Thank you!

You could have taken the spacers off the shock absorber and mount it to the axel between the pivot plates.

I have the same issue and called husky. They pretty much gave me the run-around and then never sent the drawer slides. I ordered some universal drawer slides but those are going to be too complex to install. I'm going to give them a call again tomorrow

Nice job. As for leather edges. This is chrome tanned leather. Burnishing edges works well on veg tanned leather but not so good on chrome tanned leather. For chrome tanned edges, they need to be first sanded and then painted.

The lathe step could be skipped if the mold were coated with a release agent that the epoxy won’t adhere to.

I wish I had understood rake and trail about 6 weeks ago. I've been building a trike and I finally got it rolling at the end of April. First trip out was decent aside from brakes not being able to stop me. I got too and from destination with no mishap. Second ride was not so fortunate. Because of my trail being almost none, I lost control and flipped it about 45 feet out of the driveway. Broke my femur. Man just a few seconds yielded an outcome I was not expecting and will affect me for the rest of my life. I'm learning so many concepts I never considered as a rider, but now cannot ignore as a maker. Thanks for your good info and dedication to understanding. I appreciate your time.

Hello can i ask for help i do have an r15v2 but it keeps on blowing without turning the keys on its like it has a direct current going to the fuses. But before i checked out that i have a faulty regulator. Is this a regulator rectifier problem? Please help

The DMV will always make a person jump through hoops. they make the process difficult to discourage people from doing this easily. because they would be swamped with people wanting paperwork for assembled vehicles.

I'd be interested to see how the stand holds up now that your putting 8 tons of force through the stand. All hydraulic benders put the force through the frame of the bender which is very stout.

The FI light on motorcycles does not mean fuel injection. It’s similar to a check engine light on a car. It actually stands for “Fault Indicator” and u can pull the code to see exactly what’s triggering the light.

there are two hoses one goes back into the motor and has a switch set at 110 and the wires go to the switch, MIne cant pump over 80 psi, the pump inside is bad,
