I'm dealing with the same struggles. Too much rain is destroying my strawberries. Looks like I'm going to need to design and build an overhead structure above my raised garden bed. Whenever I see excessive rain I'll be able to put a temporary roof structure over it. I'll need to make sure it's easy to be removed. In other words ...... looks like I'll need to get to work. Catfish is probably my favorite fish to eat, by far. And this looks like an absolutely great sustainable way to farm fish, and I love US raised food! Props to you sir, this looks like a much better operation than a lot of other fish farms, such as salmon farming (not to mention catfish tastes better imo). Congrats to you sir!
