    Could an mma athlete for example not have to eventually learn snatches and cleans and just stick to hex bar jumps and still keep the same benefits? Like are hex bar jumps enough

      Bob; Justt wanted to let you know know how one of your past pupils is doing latelyYes Fred Klettke. Well he got marrid and had three daughters. Lived in Hawaii for while until hs wife devorced him and moved with all tree dughters to Seattle Washington. Wll eventually Fred alo moved to Seattle and currently works a a mailman for the seattle post office. Meanwhile he has marrid a black woman from Kenya with two small children and lives in Kenya. Fd hopes toamake enough money to bing her and her two chldren to the USA. He is currently 55 yers old. He is just as crazy as when you last saw him-decades ago. Starting life all over again at 55 years old.

    I'm in the military and work out all the time. I eat right and would say I am in the upper fitness brackets. My resting heart rate, which pains me to say, is about 75-80. It feels wrong but the toll of stress from it all is to blame. 😢

    8 to 12 reps is not wrong. Up to 30 reps can also be effective.

    First exercise should have No Back Movement. It should be an isolated back exercise. Second lift, should be worked on by doing clean, pull, snatch movement.

    Leg cramps at night / random jaw clenching (teeth grinding at night may occur but might be iron but if its iron and not magnesium we'll know chewing on ice pens staws really liking the smell of gasoline or vitamin d) = magnesium Cramps while you workout or light hand tremor after doing some heavy sets= potassium Foot cramps often paired with eye twitches = calcium (this means low stomach acid and taurine may help but you are drinking too much water and need to acidity your stomach acid so you can break down calcium properly i.e more potassium, applecider vinegar and bcomplex) Cramping is a general term and this is why fitness influencers need less subscribers.

      Is happens to people with a compromised gut. Small microscopic food particles enter the blood stream and that's why people get food sensitivity and a whole mess of problems.

    122-128 resting heart rate 22 I eat 5000-6500 calories a day 300g protein I skip food once a week.

    Yeah! My RHR is 53 and has been that way for over a year. Out of curiosity though, wouldn’t V02 Max be a much better metric of health status, specifically cardiometabolic health short and long term ? And how well does that or doesn’t track with changes in RHR over time. Anecdotally speaking only, I find that RHR does not track well with V02 Max. I am and have always been fit. I do cardio and resistance training regularly, get enough sleep, do not smoke, am not obese, and on top of my nutrition. However, when it comes to any increases in V02 Max, I have not seen a one to one connection. In fact and much to my shock, I have actually seen my V02 Max start to bottom out or even decrease with healthy decresses in RHR And surpringly have seen it even go up with an incresse in my average RHR 😮

    I have little motivation and don’t exercise as much as i need to, don’t get super great sleep. My diet is terrible and consists of a lot of fast foods and processed. I am not overweight but should i start taking vitamins

    This is how I got into it. I only had a 300 lb barbell set. I was working up to one hard set of 8. Eventually I was up to 300 for 8, but I had no more weights. Every workout I would add an extra rep. Eventually I worked up to 300×25. That was 30 years ago, lol.
