Andy here, Nelson Mandela Bay, South Coast of South Africa. Brilliant &-CLEAR tutorial. Thank you. I have been iceskating most of my life, started inline skating on PowerSlide Triskates last year. I am 68 years old.
Good sir🎉
Necesito el vídeo de pueda traducir a Español

Most excellent tutorial on double push.

Excelente!!
Thank you 🙏
Definitely gonna try this tomorrow
Hallelujah tuanks
Those 3 minutes of low quality video pushed me into several hours of training, learning the proper movement and balance and actually feeling the push. No other HQ 15 min long video didn't contain such essential trainings and info. Brilliant!
αwєѕσmє
Such a clear explanation thanks!
Hows the inline action up there? Still active?
Love the training techniques thank you and blessings 🦖👽⛸🌎😇🚀🧙♂️
Excellent! Too little videos like this!
A very old video but still one of the best!
Wow, that was fantastic! Great exercises for practice. I have definitely noticed improvement in balance from working on crossovers even from just two days practice. I'll have to come back to this one.
Great i like the way you coaching.hats off.send more videos on double push.
Worth it
Thank you well use me
PERFECT !!!!!
Fantastically explained, and at a level that gives us newbies proper understanding and some hope of achieving at least some of it! Thank you.
this is banana push, but not double push :) very misleading tutorial
It’s exaggerated drilling for double push, nothing misleading
I am a pro skater i know this is very hard to do i can feel them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So accurate drawing! And so comprehensive explanation, thanks!
OMG! So helpful! Thank you so much!
weird hill climbing technique...why not just release in the usual way, then set down at an angle ?
will learn the balloon popping tomorrow
very nice.
I'm no skating expert but you could probably practice these at right angles to a downward sloping empty car park
Congratulations from a mallorca resident that i'm learning with your lessons
An excellent tutorial thx!
Super. Great video. Helped a lot. I am using old K2s, with a 2x110 rear, and 2x100 front. At my age (53), I thank God I can still get out there and do my thing. But, it is getting a little uncomfortable on my lower legs, inside knees. Getting the right turn is a bit harder now for me. Question: Can I do the 4x90mm and still get a good yet fitness skate yet, more maneuverable? Thanks for any input from anyone. Note: I have high arches. Need good relief support. Skate type?
This was the best crossover lesson I've ever seen!
Perfect lesson!
Barry is an amazing teacher! Thanks for sharing Michael!
i don't know about this, but in an actual marathon, you just throw your cups or bottles in the "water stops". there might be bins for them or the volunteers will pick them up. they're all drafting each other here. half iron man is 90 km cycle. this is no marathon.
This is very useful for me.
Just saw your video and now I know how to do, thank you :-)
"WIT" is simply "with", but in German!
Can you please install this video again ? The second part with Eddy Matzger the video gives a lot of distortion.
great video and lesson!!! take a look to my way to climb and slalom down hill, very funny too!!!
i really impressd with this video lession, before i was unable to skate in downhill area, now i easily do it. thanks ottawa, thanks eddy.
wtf i all ready go fast with out double push
Ok champ
He seems like an incredible teacher! Nice vid
good explaining, and cool dude
I would like to have seen more of the uphill drill in the grass. Were they stepping? I find it very difficult to keep my skates in a straight line when I skate unless on the level, going slowly. I have high top hard boots. Scissoring is hard too. I taught myself uphill skating, and I carve pushing outwards starting with my toes pointed outward, and lifting as my skate straightens, pointed forwards, kind of the opposite of what anybody else does. I am not optimistic this will work for me.
I do not like how they just throw the bottles to the ground
