Is this house really in Philadelphia proper. Or is this another rigjt outside? You said that it was a Rancher, but why so many stairs? I thought ranches were single story

Great house, only negative, for me, and maybe it’s just the model, that terrible cord track from the tv going down on the side seems like a lazy oversight, hopefully again, just the model, but imo, not a great representation of the living room, that cord track would bother me to no end, great video !!

The house is beautiful from the outside but I don’t like the stone wall in the middle of the room, the stair case is hidden, the deck looks like a piece of cardboard and it has an industrial feel, the layout is like a Maze.
