I complete relate to that! I work all week late and I would love to be practicing more but sometimes time is limited. I try to make sure I can be as consistent as I can be, the struggle is real!!! We just keep practicing!!! I love to try and re-create art designs I have seen on other social media to see if I can get kinda close! Heehee! Thanks for watching the video! Forgive me I should have at least went over the product ingredients, I apologize. Varnail prides there gel polish as being cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. There gel polishes are made without ingredients linked to toxicity. BIG-5 Free: No Formaldehyde, Toluene, BHA, DBP or Camphor. I will do a little more exploring because I believe there are certain products I have an allergic reaction too! I will keep everyone updated, good or bad! Great question!

Btw let me clarify I am not saying I have experienced a reaction from this product and hopefully I will not. This was my first time trying this brand. It would be a shame because I love these colors!

I thought the colors were vibrant! I guess I’m just one of those people who becomes emotionally stimulating with colors. They always make me think of different places. TROPICAL BEACH (which would be amazing right about now)!!! Great example of how visual imagery can be a great stress reliever and promotes relaxation. What better way to get lots of colors than lots of gel polish😂😂 Have a great day!

I’m just glad I can turn this situation into a way of reaching others out there and letting people know they are not in this struggle alone. I hope you were able to get your medication and all is well? That was another factor that was horrific because so many people out there such as yourself were not able to get medications and if they were they had to come out of pocket. Those on a fixed income would have not been able to purchase out of pocket and if so it may have resulted in a financial hardship. I hope we never have to go through a situation like this again. Thank you for watching and I hope you continue to follow and share with anyone else out there that suffers from anxiety, stress and worry. I’d love to hear more from people and what types of coping skills they use. I can focus on suggested topics to highlight during my theme of the week! Take care of yourself!
