Quick video on snorkeling a Cforce 600 at home with a quick trip to homedepot.
The kits out for these thing at well over 300$. I done this around 200$ and I love it. this one is for my wifes 600 2 up so we threw some pink on it. And actually after doing hers I went back and did mine a little different! turned out good, still got to finish up some details and smoke test it, guys always smoke test your snorkels, even if you buy the fancy expensive kits! better to know that you know that they are sealed up! It's a clutch spreader, main street cycle is where I got mine

No , they are factory this is old pictures too, its got a lift, 28s and a stage 3 clutch now, she ripps!

Worst thing about CF Moto is they don't tighten all the bolts and nuts lol. Actually a good quad just torque the shit down lol before it leaves the plant will ya. 😂
I can say I found a few flaws when I got mine, simple things, but all it all Ive given this thing the beans for 600 miles now and it aint missed a beat 💪🏻
@@RexAuto1 Yea same here, my 600 Touring hasn't missed a beat. Drive train and motor have been flawless just a couple small bolts and nuts were not tightened down.
@rzl07375 I got my wife a 600T used, and its been ana amazing machine also! We have no real complaints so far.
@@RexAuto1 So how do you feel the 600 and 500 compare power wise? I wanna get another one and am thinking about the 500 because it's 100 lbs lighter and the price is right.
@@rzl07375 honestly, about the same, mine is way more capable after all the upgrades and being short with only 1 seat.

What kind of impact driller is that? How many torques does it produce?
Its a milwaukee, who knows what kinda torque it produces. Just dont over tighten it 🤷♂️🤣

400nm torques doesnt even work.

Yeah I did the valve check on my 600 takes yet an hour to take the plastic off 5 minutes to check the valves and then another hour to put the plastics back on kind of ridiculous.
Yea, fortunately the 500 takes like 15 minutes lol

We have not been riding yet since the snorkel install, but it has been smoke tested in the shop and shes sealed up tight! Thanks for watching!

Can you show us how you did that? And the air box coupler looks modified? Is that a 2” 90 or a 1 1/2”?
@KennyPollot the air box coupler is a 2in 90 rubber coupler, but I cut it in half to make it a 45, the end that goes to the air box is 2in, the cut end is 1.5 in therefore connecting to the 1.5 in pool hose. Ill make a video on the vent lines.
Ended up looking great! How did you do the paint job? I think im going to try something similar on the UForce 1000XL
I used bed liner in a can for the black, on the splater I just sprayed the volor I wanted on a old piece of cardboard untill it puddles and sling it.. lol simple as that! Keep puddling and slinking untill you get the look you want, warning it makes a mess of the floor so doing this part out in the open yard would be best

Yes factory wheels, these are 27x9 in front 27x10 in rear I believe.

with the exhaust, tune, and clutch kit, how much power do you think you gained?
Maybe a couple HP, but torque on the bottom end is noticeable especially up against my buddies stock 500. Mine dont bog like his

The secondary spreader? I guess thats what its called. Got mine from main street cycle, but just Google secondary clutch spreader.

I just bought a 2023 CForce 500 and I swear I hear some rattling going on in the top end at low throttle when it’s cold. Thinking about taking it in to be safe.
The clutch is noisy as it breaks in! I coulda swore my valve train was loose but I did the valve check and it was giod, the clutch is just noisy from what I hear
@@RexAuto1 Yeah I can hear the clutch making the noise. I believe it’s the weights in the clutch that make it noisy. But I’m hearing something else rattle in the top of the engine at low throttle. I’ve got 150 miles on it now. It’s never been in the mud. Still looks brand new. I’ve never owned a 4 wheeler so this is all new to me. I’ve got a lot to learn about it that’s for sure.
