One of our lights is faulty. It has stopped working and if we switch on lights our faulty light only shows pale blue dots. How can this be fixed?

Hey guys you've pinched the German name but you all pronounce it incorrectly. Firstly the W should be pronounced more or less as a V. More glaringly, in German ei and ie are always pronounced consistently and from an English speakers perspective you just pronounce the second letter. So Schweigen should be pronounced something like shv-aye-gen (as in aye aye captain or the letter I). You guys are pronouncing it as if it was spelt Schwiegen. My German missus and I were even 'corrected' multiple times when purchasing our rangehood which was pretty annoying. I remember two instances where companies did big ad campaigns to correct Australianised pronunciation of their brands; "say howdy to an Audi" back when it used to be common to call them "Or-di", and "all day, every day, he-un-day" when we used to call them "hai-oon-die" or some such. I can't think of a catchy jingle to correct your own mispronunciation of your own brand, but at least if all your staff, sales outlets and promotional material could get it right it would be a good start.

Schweigen BR500 shown in the video, which is rated for IPX4 is not suitable for Australian conditions. It has caused damages to my property due to water ingress. I have made claims through your dealer but would like to advise other to stay away from this product.

The motor may be efficient, but you'd be removing about 2000 W of heat out of the kitchen via the rangehood fan on full. If there was a (local to the stove) air inlet, it may be possible to keep the conditioned air inside the house ,& only remove the stove fumes. Induction, cooking would be a far better option to do with the rangehood anyhow, as there are no gas fumes & toxins to get rid of

Tell us something about how much noise the external motors make ? Would neighbours have reason to complain ? What is the decibel rating per say 5 meters ?
