    i did Deep Tissue Massage (I think) and it was great not the massage it self as it was painful but the results. it solved many muscles problems including improving my posture that I become taller i thought my posture is just my DNA but now I am happy to know that it mostly will get fixed when I visit him again (he was limited in massage by me telling him "no gay allowed") at the end he was a Filipino guy in a massage

    Would this help relieve the pressure and pain from a herniated cervical disc? I watched a different video where they applied the tape from a distal to proximal direction, but that seems like it would cause more compression.

    Please tell me this is a fugging joke. He LITERALLY taped his knee in place. He's supposed to walk with his leg folded like that? R we supposed to trim the tape so it fits right and stops before reaching the back of our knee? Do we stick the tape to the back of our knee cap? SOOO MANY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS to this idiotic method. IT MUST BE a PRANK or APRIL FOOLS JOKE. This is my first time seeing this taping method. So fugging confused. 😂

    Please explain the first part of what you're measuring before the cut, especially since when you lay the tape you're doing a 50% stretch which would change the measurement. Also, any solutions for someone who has sweaty palms and/or works in the restaurant industry that introduce a lot of moisture before/after tape has been applied?

    Very interesting concept… Im confused how some joints were identified as mobile vs stabile though; I would think the knees and elbows are highly mobile joints, no?

    hello does this help me when i get lower back pain while on a run? i recently started running again after an injury but my lower back gets painful after about 15 - 20 minutes into the run.

    Is this effective if pain in on one side vs the other? My pain is from a disc bulge at L5/S1 on the left side

      I had PRP injection for my disc bulge in l4 l5 disc and started back strengthening exercises and felt lot better

    I've used this taping technique on a patient a couple of times with seemingly good results, but I was wondering if there is a reason why you don't go "opposite" directions with the thin strips of tape? As in via the anterior side of the wrist to affect the pisiform, and via the dorsal side to affect the radial head. It seems to me that it would be the easier way to apply this technique without getting your own finger stuch in between the tape and the patients wrist. Thoughts?

      Helps reduce cervical spine pain
