    I only found this video now on vertigo. I have vertigo since 2018, every morning and every evening. It worsened by the month. Now I have vertigo from the moment I open my eyes in the morning until about 12 or 1 o'clock. I am not allowed to use medication for it because I have epilepsy and the medication clashes with the medication of vertigo. I just want to say thank you so much for this video. It is really starting to work. I am going to keep it up and see if it can be a solution for my vertigo. Thank you so much. I am forever grateful. ❤️

      I would suggest getting an evaluation to determine the cause of the vertigo which can be caused by a number of conditions.

    So if have hip bursitis, this won’t do more damage? Want to try, just don’t want to pay huge price (pain) afterwards but really want to feel better and be able to walk.

      This shouldn't have an impact on the bursitis but it is a good idea to check with your doctor or therapist before starting any program.

    Thank you thank you thank you for the great stretches. I'm having issues with my shoulders because I sleep on my sides and nothing better than a good stretch. I'd appreciate any other recommendation that you would have for stretches and how to assist my posture while working. I do a lot of computer work and I could definitely use that kind of intervention.       This is just an example of how the test is performed. The result would be if they deviate from the midline then it is an indication of a vestibular problem.
