Love the video and I think you did this film justice! Hoping to get my hands on a 120 roll soon once they come back in stock. Jeremy was kind enough to provide me a roll during the LA Film Lab opening and I took it to Cancun. Currently scanning them all in and I'm absolutely loving how they turned out and can't wait to share them Side note, I'm in the IE and would love to meet up and go shooting sometime!

I was in big bear the other week, and I wish there was still snow on the ground because I almost died of sun exposure

Is this just respooled redscale lomo purple

It might be because I'm colour blind, but I don't really see this stock as being very close to Aerochrome. It looks far less saturated than the real stuff. Very good video, though. Nice and thorough. Keep it up!

It's deffinitely still not aerochrome, but it's a fun film in it's own right. Adds a bit flair to lomo purple

Cool stock and its neat that its in camera rather than a tri chrome its still not quite an aerochrome replacement to me though, I have had good success with trichrome aerochrome on the crappy retro 3d wiggle gram camera and the 3d printed filter holder. While it introduces some other issues such as half frame only I think its as close as you are going to get to true aerochrome without going digital or just tweaking things in lightroom or photoshop.

Overwhelmingly, every Pentax 67 video references its weight, and while it is not a 'light' camera, I am 5'5" and weigh about 175lbs, and I can carry it around all day and it doesn't bother me. The thing that DOES bother me about, and which is not often mentioned, is the dim viewfinder, and I have excellent eyesight. I find that anything less than a very bright day, results in an inordinate amount of time making sure I think the shot will be in focus. About 30 years ago, a couple of companies, (Beattie and Maxwell) did make focusing screens which allegedly brightened the viewfinder by about 1 to 3 stops, however, I have never been able to locate one, and I'm sure they're pricey. Love the camera and the 67 lens lineup, however, if you like to shoot in low light, it's probably not the best choice.

Kodak invented the format, so Fuji was not first.

I just started putting my film in the fridge and once a week I’ll go “umm where is all my film??” And panic, and then I’ll open the fridge for something unrelated and remember, lol.

expired slide film holds up so much better than expired color film. I shot a roll of slide film from 1982 that was fine. Shoot the provia at 100, or 80 if you wanna feel like you're doing something, and it will be just fine. 100% will work perfectly fine.

Mitsubishi film ehh..wonder if therea a Subaru film out there..lol. I love having variety of films, so my fridge has odd ball (to me) stuff ..but sadly getiing through my superia rather fast too. I recommend putting film in ziploc style bags to further prevent moisture from becoming a porblem. 🎉

Great video! Consider grabbing a dark bag(if you don’t have one) along with a 35mm adapter. You can shoot some nice panoramic-style shots. It’s especially nice if you can pair it with a wide lens.
