This deserves Great Big Story recognition
1) I find it truly amazing that you reached 101 and are still driving. Although given the way things are going society may see more of the likes of you in the distant future. 2) Maybe you can drive your classic Packard someplace in Michigan. And think it is important for some people to restore such cars drive them and have fun. 2)Sorry to say where I live in Seattle WA can't really do that anymore. Accident rate so high people afraid to actually take classic cars out and drive them. I have heard things that lead me to believe very limited number of miles you can drive a classic or antique because of pollution. Your car has manual transmission. Can't drive one in Seattle. Traffic jams where traffic is crawl too slow for manual transmission. I think we have lost something here. 3)If that isn't enough King County said recently if you want to live the old fashioned way as with a car you aren't doing it here. Directed to young people starting out people starting over immigrants and newcomers. Insee a counter revolution going on against the carving favor of a New York City lifestyle. And young people are falling for this.
