Hello CZcams world! My channel is mostly devoted to my love for trumpet playing. I am a professional trumpet player and a Middle School and High School Band Director. I have trumpets with different bores. One is 460, another 464, the other is 470. Would it be better to start with the largest bore (Assuming that the sound is harder to get out) or does it even matter? Thank you!

Nice, crisp explanation with the demonstration to back it up. Your closing point about setting for the upper range is a good one. Doing that in a relaxed manner is the next trick.

I'm confused on how to raise my tongue and how to blow faster air without having to use more air. I tried doing it but it doesn't get faster
You are correct. Raising the tongue does NOT increase the "speed" through the aperture of the air flow. Not that it matters, because it doesn't. Not in regard to pitch that is. The only way to increase the flow velocity is to increase the exhalation action. Which we vary with dynamics.
I need to learn how to do that 😭
