With over 15 years experience of working in the health and fitness profession and NHS as an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer, you will be getting quality advice to get into shape. You can choose from 52 10 minute senior workout sessions or join me in the 30 minute workouts. There are also various videos on rehabilitation for cardiac rehab and post wrist fracture.

Oh the relief in finding your videos. I’m 4 weeks post surgery on my wrist & need these to get motivated again. Slipped down some icy steps 5 weeks ago.

You are NOT SUPPOSED TODOANY OF GHESE,just after broken wrist,while not in full cast as your fracture can move,also if having isolated ustable fracture!!

Beating the virus isn't so much about fitness it is about protecting the immune system. 1. Keep well away from things they call vaccines, they are not. 2. Strengthen the immune system with vitamin D ideally from sunlight by maximum skin exposure. 3. Cut out all processed foods. 4. Eat plenty of meat, dairy, eggs and fish. 5. Avoid stress. 6. Follow this woman's fitness regime. I am 72 did all these things and along with my wife avoided everything, to be on the safe side I bought Ivermectine.

Good Morning from the U.S. Joanna! I know you did videos a while back but any plans on doing any new ones for us Seniors who are 70 years old & upwards? There seems to be a lack of exercises for seniors in this age group on CZcams & it would sure fill this void! Would love to see your smiling face & hear your encouraging words again - - - 🙂

Thank you. I took it easy doing the exercises with colles fracture, surgery and plate inserted l0 days ago. But great to have it going forward. I slipped and fell on black ice here in Ireland.
Thanks Joanna. I am 75... I really enjoyed your short workout. There are many days that your workout is all I feel like doing. You hit all the major muscles that need work and I like that each exercise is short. I am very happy to have found you on CZcams!
10 days post distal fracture. Not a fit person like you but got through this routine (with a break midway). Sweatty Betty under the cast but good together moving. Will def keep it up

Just finished this workout, good workout as a matter fact,I will be doing this workout 3 days week, and how I broke my wrist was a slip and fall running in the rain.
Thank you so much! I have a long time RSI (5 years...) and my PT exercises are mostly about posture and strengthening the upper back w/ resistance bands. I have been doi9ng this 2-4x a week instead and am having much better results and a lot of pain reduction/ What's more... it's FUN. Thank you!!

Thank You for this. Of corse i couldve made my own work out, but this makes it less boring. I am 53 yo and I broke both wrists 3.5 weeks ago in a mountain bike accident. Had to have surgery on left one. Im in 2 short casts now, this workoIut will hlep prevent the bat wings, lol.

That was great. I fractured my humerus roller skating. The only one I couldn't do was the all 4s. I am going to save this because pt only works the arm. I need the rest of the body.

This has been great, thank you. Broke my ulna and radius 4 weeks ago in a horse riding accident and I’ve hated not being able to do any exercise. Feeling my strength slip away has challenged me mentally, so it’s great to have found this to help start building me back up. Thanks again.
