After three practices a day plus a lift, for two weeks, in college for football. I would get the worse cramps. Whole leg would cramp up at the same time from my groin to my foot lol both legs at the same time sometimes. All you can do it muscle through it and try and stretch it out but stretching one cramp usually makes another cramp hurt more it was hell I’d eventually just have to walk it off and warm the muscles up.
