The Millionaire Skateboarder Who Became A Broke Rapper
Anyone else play "Freekstyle" on the PS2? I miss that game, First time I heard of M.M!
She didn’t get a 2nd chance…
Very good video! Why is sellout in the picture for the video?
Thrasher is my last name
will always skate fallens or emericas no other brand i do by footprint insoles as im getting old and big drops are catching up to me at 30
He let the fame get to his head. i respect what he did for skating but when you see tony hawk bikes you know there's a problem. the tony hawk games got repetitive after underground and you can tell he was just in it for the money. I'm honestly glad Skate killed off the THPS series, there needed to be a fresh start. Also this just needs to be said- the dude honestly doesnt look healthy. He's only 56 but looks 70 now. I think its probably from low testosterone from all the weed smoking. either that or just an unhealthy diet.
Watch the Bones Brigade trailer. There was no money in it and these guys built it from scratch. Stacy was a big part of it. When I was in Japan skateboarding was banned except for area in Akihabara. Now the best skateboarder is Japanese (Yugo) and is sponsored by a Bank. He has billboards in Shibuya that are three stories tall.
What a LEGEND...!
What a stupid fucking video.
Sean White is an actual legend, This video sucked
Everyone is to blame for their own actions lost me at the start sympathies are for the dead not the living
Hes the goat
I buy and watch Thrasher videos but I don't have any Thrasher shirts cause I can't skate :c
I don't think I have ever seen such an effortless style in a street skater.
Thinking about it, any climb over, say 50ft is equally fatal. Full respect to all climbers of all types. I couldn't do it.
I still wear mulisha gear loved them since the start as a gritty 90’s kid who grew up with bikes
What do you mean to sell out it looks like he's a pretty cool dude 😎
Dude, the mainstream skating money business might have hated drugs but common man. Hard drugs is like 40 percent of the whole skate culture. In the real skate scene it's not just widely accepted, it's borderline a requirement. The only exception I can even think about is Tony Hawk but he's a f*king nerd to not only skaters but to everyone with half a braincell
Adio was the way to go
“Skateboarding started to feel like a job.” He hasn’t had to work a real job before that I guarantee it. If he did, he would not of quit skateboarding.
I love dc shoes
Tony Hawk, Shaun White, Travis Pastrana, Ken Block. My Mount Rushmore of extreme sports.
Doesnt help that ken block died
Travis may have been the first to land the 360 in a foam pit or inflatable ramp but Deegan was most definitely the first to land it in a competition. Travis went out and tried it in an X-Games and crashed then Deegan went after him and landed it minutes later in the same X-Games. Maybe Deegan didn’t “invent” the trick but was the first to land it when it mattered. Not taking anything from Travis but on the same hand you can’t take that from Deegan.
I have the EXACT magazine at 12:10
the main chick and skater in the tom petty video free falling is my friend's sister and that's his big claim to coolness at parties. random but she is super religious and knowing she was in a video with a killer messed her up. she is hot as nails in person btw.
This man is a real legend. ❤
Sell out - No way. He is a legend and as humble as one can be...
Colby Raha was the perfect signing for MM
I used to climb at a moderately high standard for the time. I ran into a climbing partner who still climbs. He was telling me some of his current ventures. In the conversation l said, "there are more important things in life than climbing." He said, "who told you that, your mother?" I replied, "no" that he had said that to me in the past. He lóoked down and we said good by.
I only were DC Shoes.
Rare for these guys to stop
and ya'll didn't know he was about it when he was poppin?? hahaha smh
Love his heel flips to board slides
got to meet him and race pitbikes with him and a bunch of other guys from nitro circus. hands down some of the best people i have ever got the chance to hang out and ride with. and the first time i seen him was on tv when i was 6 when he did the first double backflip in x games. small world
Tony is the definition of not selling out.
Why is it called sellout?
Prayers to the life lost and prayers to TK
Can’t hate somebody for being the thing that people loved. I mean you can…. Obviously… but you’d be an idiot for doing so. Dudes still a badass. Fuck the haters.
Haters gonna gay.
I'd love to be a sell out but no one wants to buy.
That's no joke when the governor gets involved.
I really love listening to some geek who doesn’t skate talk about this shit hahahahahaha
12:21 thats Bucky
I mean skateboarding is hard work and the man is living. 🤷♂️
Naw.. dudes just slick. If he never had to prove himself skating.. he would have never been laughed at. He woulda been smooth talking his way out of everything. He's just a typical sociopath..
pause at 3:37, Theo looks cute as fuck!
He's a very funny guy
Tony ❤
If a person who earns money while doing something they love is a sellout, then I sure do want to become a sellout.
